  • Product Introduction

Manufacturing process: The parts are primarily formed by forging a blank from round steel or steel ingots using die forging, followed by machining on a lathe to achieve the final shape.

Specification types: Classified by angle into 45°, 90°, and 180°, among others, to meet the fluid conveyance requirements in different directions. The typical specification range is DN6 to DN100, with commonly used order specifications ranging from DN15 to DN50.

Pressure ratings: Commonly available are 3000LB, 6000LB, and 9000LB, corresponding to wall thickness grades such as SCH80, SCH160, and XXS, and suitable for high-pressure piping systems.

Commonly used materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel. Common grades of carbon steel include Q235, 20#, and A105; common grades of stainless steel include 304, 304L, 316, and 316L; and common grades of alloy materials include 15CrMo, 1Cr5Mo, and 12Cr1MoV. In addition, there are also materials such as copper alloys and nickel alloys.

Implementation standards: Commonly used standards include the Chinese National Standard GB/T14383, the U.S. Standard ASME B16.11, the Petrochemical Standard SH3410, and the Ministry of Chemical Industry Standard HG/T21634, among others.
